1. Open to C.A.R. Instructorcover policyholders with a permanent UK address and aged 21 or over excluding employees of the Watkin Davies Group of companies.
2. All eligible applicants, who have a valid C.A.R Instructorcover motor insurance policy in force at midnight on 1st November 2007 or who purchase such cover between 1st November 2007 and 30 November 2008 inclusive, will be entered into the Free Prize Draw but policies taken out after the 30 April 2008 but before 30 November 2008 will only be eligible for inclusion within the draw which takes place on 1 December 2008. Policies purchased after 30 November 2008 may be eligible for inclusion in the 2009 Draw should the company decide to run an Instructor Plus Prize Draw promotion for 2009 and subject to the terms and conditions thereof.
If you appear to satisfy the eligibility criteria your name will be automatically entered into the Prize Draw unless you notify the company in writing that you do not wish to participate.
3. Only one entry per customer.
4. The first winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries on 1st May 2008 and will be notified by post within 14 days of the draw date. The second winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries on 1st December 2008 and will be notified by post within 14 days of the draw date. The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. There are two prizes. Each prize is a motor vehicle, sourced from a supplier chosen by Watkin Davies Insurance Consultants, and with a purchase price not exceeding £8,500. The prize value is not redeemable against any other product/dealership and each prize win is valid for 3 calendar months from the date of issue. We strongly advise that the winner takes out motor insurance. This is not included in the prize. Watkin Davies reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
6. In the unlikely event a winner can not be contacted within 6 calendar months of the draw date, after all reasonable efforts have been made, the prize will no longer be available to that winner without any liability to the promoter. The promoter will draw another winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
7. Each motor vehicle voucher is not transferable and there is no cash alternative to the motor vehicle.
8. The winners may be required to participate in future publicity in connection with this promotion.
9. The name and county of the winners will be available by sending a SAE to Watkin Davies Insurance Consultants, 19 Penlline Road, Whitchurch, Cardiff, CF14 2AA until 31 December 2008.
