What is Replacement Hire Car Insurance?

Replacement Hire Car Insurance is a cost-effective insurance policy that will provide a replacement vehicle following a mechanical breakdown verified by an independent garage or motoring organisation for a maximum of 5 days or until you can drive your own vehicle again whichever is sooner

What replacement vehicle will be supplied?

We will find a suitable replacement vehicle, this will be provided subject to a maximum of £45 plus VAT per day (inclusive of delivery &/or collection charges which is the limit of our liability for any and all expenses, losses, or other consequential losses you may suffer due to the non-provision of a hire vehicle under this policy.

What conditions apply?

• The mechanical breakdown must be proven or verified by an independent garage or motoring organisation

• We decide the type of replacement hire vehicle to be used

• You always agree to use the vehicle hire company nominated by us in any claim
